As membership expands, Board X will be needing a mod or 2.  We'll probably need more as time goes on, but for now, we only need 2 more.

Duties of a moderator include (but are not limited to):
- Merging / closing duplicate threads
- Helping members with questions
- Moving threads to it's correct corresponding board
- Overall ensuring the smooth operation of Board X

If you'd like to be a mod, please post here with your reasons.

Please note, if you're not chosen this time, you may very well be chosen when we add more to our staff.  And please, no absent moderators (ie, you just want the "status / privileges" of a moderator, but none of the work).  We understand a moderator position is voluntary, but an absent moderator just leaves the rest of the staff members more work.

All members wishing to become a moderator will be considered.

Welcome back to Board X!

If you've been out of the loop, our recent server switch and upgrade required a deletion of the entire forum.  So no, it's not just you.  It was everyone and everything.    Unfortunately this means we all have to start from scratch.

But with a fresh start comes many, many new goodies!

A couple of the new features include:
- Save as Drafts the ability to save a new thread as a draft and modify it later

- Portal is now running on a new system that features a shoutbox, recently purchased shop items, top posters, and more.

- Recent topics page new runs on Ajax. Meaning, updates are done in real-time w/o having to refresh! You will get up-to-the-second (er, 7 seconds) real-time updates. Updated topics will jump to the top of the list, and latest poster info / time will also be updated. Watch and be amazed!

- 8 New Themes to choose from. Visit CPANEL >> My Theme to preview:

We are still in the process of re-adding / creating new shop items.

If you come across any errors, please report it to an admin or let us know via MB Chatter >> Reports.  This way we can correct the error and ensure smooth functionality of the forums.
